Joshua Allen - Batman - So You Think You Can Dance WINNER!

So - Joshua is America's favorite dancer. Katee was my very favorite, but Joshua was definitely my favorite male so I was certainly not disappointed when he won last night. I was also very touched by his "speech" when he told everyone to never doubt what they can do, because God IS in control and with Him in control, everything is possible!

Congratulations Joshua, on your win, but even more so on your humble acknowledgement of the one who is worthy of the glory!1_63_win320

So You Think You Can Dance - Final!!

So - the final competition dances were last night and my thoughts are...

Joshua - wins hands down for the story of "kid from the neighbood that makes good" - he is so talented and with little to no formal training is so very impressive - especially his leaps!

Courtney - the girl from the city - she is cute and classy and so very talented - in years to come as her abilities develop she will be a "force to be reckoned with"

Twitch - ah Twitch - the man that can be all!! SuperTwitch!! He is amazing - strangely although he is a hip-hop dancer - I prefer his dance in all other dances over what is supposed to be his specialty!

But - my FINAL decision has got to be the girl that fills the stage with grace, talent, presence and humility. She dances with so much joy the joy fills me up and leaves my heart in my throat. And so, my vote goes to:

Okay - so here is an example of something I can be ridiculed for...I do LOVE to watch it!!! As an adult, I danced ballet with a dance company, then later took jazz, lyrical and tap lessons. The love of dance is deep in my heart. I can do without the hip-hop, but even that has been pretty good this year with the story-lines. Anyone else watch the show and who are you betting on to win??? I say Katee will win!
